History laboratories
There workshops are under specialist technicians supervision, as they support the work of researchers and students, providing the necessary technical counselling. The workshops have specific hand tools and machinery.
Metal workshop
Machinery and tools for working in metal: cutting, folding, welding, drilling tools, etc.
Wood workshop
Machinery and tools for working in wood: sliding tables, saw and band blades, brushing machine, drill column, etc.
Ceramic workshop
Ceramic furnaces, lathes and other means to work on clay and ceramic.
Plastics workshop
Spaces suitable for applying processes in plastics and resins. Machinery and tools to manipulate plastics.
Casting and other procedures workshop
Space suitable for manipulating plaster and similar substances.
Microfusion workshop
Space for special modelling techniques, with equipment for microfusion.
Aerography workshop
Gun paint booth. Facility to apply paint and varnish with aerographic techniques.

Timetable
Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm
Commonly used: practices performance, theoretical-practical assessments, exercises or projects which require specific technologies.

The IT laboratory is intended to the research and teaching and is assisted by a University of Vigo fellow. There are twenty seats with IT equipment for digital and 3D image edition, web pages designs and digital photographic treatment.
The graphic techniques laboratory is aimed for teaching and research. There are facilities for chalcographic engraving.

Medium capacity space. With different continuous and flash illumination, both from the ceiling and the floor, centrally mobile and adjustable. There are isolating walls and mobile panelling for elaborating chroma.

We have a web page available to centralise the audiovisual material loans. It is necessary for students to register and process their orders through this web space.
Library
The Library of Fine Arts is part of the University of Vigo Library (BUV) so it follows the BUV regulation passed on Govern Board on February 27, 2002 and by the Loan Regulation.
Batches
There are 38 periodical publications and 19.000 monographs in the Library of Fine Arts, and most of them can be accessed from the lecture room.
Services
- Reading room.
- Home loan of bibliographic batches of all the University Library.
- Photocopier by card dependent of the reprography service of the Faculty.
The most specialised services (like internet access for bibliographic researches, assisted consult of databases, etc.), as well as the direction, management and coordination of all the Campus of Pontevedra libraries can be found in the Campus Central Library.
